Each estimate counts the outputs this model returns per generation and leaves out any reference-media surcharge. Yearly figures spread a full year of credits across 12 monthly grants. Rates for future generations can change, while credits you have already bought stay in your balance.

PicVideo Pricing Questions
PicVideo pricing offers monthly and yearly subscriptions plus one-time credit packs, and each works for both image and video generation. Every generation uses credits based on the model, settings and inputs you pick. Yearly plan cards show a full year of credits, delivered as 12 monthly grants. Compare the plan cards below.
The free plan lets eligible accounts collect a signup reward and daily check-in credits, then spend them on selected image and video models at limited resolutions and clip lengths. Free results are public and carry a PicVideo watermark. A subscription or credit pack unlocks every model, higher resolutions, longer clips, private generation and downloads without a watermark.
PicVideo pricing charges per generation, and the amount follows the model, resolution, clip length and whether sound is switched on. The Generate button displays the exact credit cost before you start, so a family portrait or a pet clip is priced up front. Moving to a larger plan never raises that rate.
Paid credits from the plans and packs on this page never expire. Unused credits roll over, and cancelling renewal does not remove credits already granted. Yearly plans deliver credits in monthly grants throughout the prepaid term. Paid credits you still hold after cancelling keep working on paid models and settings. Signup and referral rewards last 30 days; daily check-in credits expire at the next UTC midnight, and expired credits are not reinstated.
You can choose either way: monthly and yearly plans renew on their cycle, while a credit pack is a single charge whose credits never expire. To stop a plan, open billing settings and cancel in the Stripe billing portal; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Yes, within 7 days of any payment, as long as you have used no more than 10% of the credits it covers: the whole pack, that month for a monthly plan, or one month of credits for a yearly plan. Credits from every source count toward that 10%. We refund 90% of the payment to your original payment method. Email our support team (the address is on the contact page) with the subject Refund Request; we reply within 5 business days. Duplicate or mistaken charges are refunded in full, and failed generations return their credits automatically. Your statutory rights are unaffected, and the Refund Policy has the full terms.
Checkout takes major credit and debit cards plus the other methods listed there, all handled by our payment processor. Card details travel directly to that processor, so PicVideo never keeps your full card number.
