# PicVideo credits, plans and free rewards

Everything on PicVideo is paid for in credits. The price of a generation follows its model, mode, length and resolution, and it is displayed before you start.

## Starting for free

New accounts receive free credits, and checking in each day adds more. Over a seven-day streak the reward grows from 6 credits on day 1 to 24 on day 7, or 66 credits for the whole week.

## Credit validity

Paid credits from the plans and packs on this page never expire. Unused credits roll over, and cancelling renewal does not remove credits already granted. Yearly plans deliver credits in monthly grants throughout the prepaid term. Paid credits you still hold after cancelling keep working on paid models and settings. Signup and referral rewards last 30 days; daily check-in credits expire at the next UTC midnight, and expired credits are not reinstated.

## Failed generations, cancelling and refunds

When a technical fault stops a generation, the credits reserved for it go back to your balance without you asking. A subscription can be cancelled at any time from billing settings through the Stripe billing portal; it stays active until the end of the paid period, and paid credits left over keep working on paid models. Refunds are requested by email only: within 7 days of a payment, if no more than 10% of the credits that payment covers have been used (the whole pack, that month for a monthly plan, or one month of credits for a yearly plan), PicVideo refunds 90% of the amount paid. Credits used from every source count, including reward credits. Duplicate or mistaken charges are refunded in full after verification. The Refund Policy has the complete terms.
